Bangladesh Survey Institute is one of the oldest education institutes in Bangladesh. This institutes only teaches surveying technology. Bangladesh Survey Institute established since 1892. At the early time of the institute an English principal join there.

Dharmo sagor is a big pond. It situated in the heart of comilla.  Dharmo sagor  is one of  beautiful place in comilla. It has a historical background. The king Dharmo Maniko digs this pond since 1458, when he was the king of this area. His time Dharmo sagor was the big pond in the whole area. For his name it called ‘Dharmo’ cause of large people called it ‘Sagor’. He does this for his servant. Not only digging Dharmo sagor he do many more things for his servant.
